In line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to statutory remedies if goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
Where applicable, items may be inspected, tested, repaired, or assessed by the manufacturer before a final resolution is agreed. If goods are found not to be faulty after inspection, it may be returned to you subject to a reasonable inspection or carriage fee.
Where goods are confirmed faulty or damaged, we will reimburse standard, reasonable return delivery costs within 14 days of us identifying the fault or damage.

We will hold the goods for you and will deliver these back to you once you have paid the shipping cost. Alternatively, you may arrange to collect the goods.
We will give you 30 days to make payment for the delivery cost from the time we have informed you of what this cost is. If we do not receive cleared funds within this time, we will treat the goods as abandoned and the goods may be disposed, donated or sold as appropriate.

Products with removed, defaced or altered serial numbers may invalidate warranty coverage.
Where necessary, products may be returned for inspection and manufacturer assessment before warranty approval is confirmed.

The warranty does not cover:

- improper maintenance
- unauthorised modification or repair, or
- use outside the product’s intended specification, duty cycle or application.
Consumable parts and normal service items subject to operational wear are excluded from warranty coverage.

Batteries and chargers must be used, stored and maintained in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
Warranty coverage does not apply to over-discharge, overheating, water ingress, improper charging, use with incompatible chargers or equipment, physical damage, misuse or neglect and/or normal battery capacity degradation over time.
